Today reflection: Mind full or mindful is overrated. Lets be mind empty and vitaminefull!
I owe the inspiration to Andrea Balt and her Detox tips. Her article ( don’t know how to link it here on my iphone) made me realise that for kind of detox we let go of useless stuff but we put still in green juice red juice fresh veg etc… Thus my shortcut about what full and what empty:)
Enjoy your letting go of what does not matter and bring in wisely what foes… And I wish you the clarity to discern the difference!
